1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PopWanted ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
PopWanted is a marketplace connecting UK-based Funko Pop! buyers and sellers. Buyers post "Wants" specifying the pops they are looking for; sellers with a paid subscription may contact buyers to arrange off-platform transactions. PopWanted does not facilitate payments or handle transactions between users.
3. User Accounts
Users must register an account to post Wants or contact buyers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Buyer Conduct
- Post accurate Wants describing the specific Funko Pop you seek
- Respond to seller enquiries in a timely manner
- Do not post fake or misleading Wants
- Respect seller communication preferences
5. Seller Conduct
- Only contact buyers about pops genuinely in your possession
- Do not spam or harass buyers
- Provide accurate condition information
- Respect buyer privacy — do not share contact details outside the Platform
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Seller subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Posting counterfeit or unlicensed Funko Pops
- Using the Platform for any illegal purpose
- Scraping or harvesting user data
- Circumventing subscription restrictions
8. Limitation of Liability
PopWanted acts solely as an introduction platform. We are not party to any transaction between users and are not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or delivery of any Funko Pop listed on the Platform. All transactions occur off-platform at the users' own risk.
