Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA) Policy
PopWanted has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA). We are committed to protecting children and ensuring our platform is a safe environment for all users.
Our Commitment
- We prohibit any content, activity, or behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children in any way.
- We comply with all applicable laws regarding the protection of children online, including the UK Online Safety Act.
- We promptly report any suspected CSEA activity to the appropriate authorities, including the National Crime Agency (NCA) and UK Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).
Prohibited Content and Behaviour
The following are strictly prohibited on PopWanted:
- Any material depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation or abuse of children
- Grooming behaviour or attempts to contact children for sexual purposes
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any form of sexualised communication with minors
- User accounts created for the purpose of exploiting children
Reporting
If you encounter any content or behaviour that raises concerns about child safety:
- Report it immediately to [email protected]
- Use the in-app reporting feature
- Contact the UK Internet Watch Foundation at iwf.org.uk
- Contact the NCA CEOP Command at ceop.police.uk
Moderation and Enforcement
We actively moderate our platform to detect and remove prohibited content. Violations will result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent ban from the platform
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities
- Preservation of evidence for criminal investigations
Age Restrictions
PopWanted is intended for users aged 16 and above. We take reasonable steps to verify user age and restrict access for underage users.
